Microdermabrasion uses a minimally abrasive instrument—a diamond-tipped wand—to gently buff the skin, removing the topmost layer. A vacuum then sucks up the exfoliated skin cells.

Microdermabrasion machines scrub away the outer layer of skin,making any creams or lotions applied to the skin after use more effective. How can I use it correctly?

After a thorough cleansing to remove the makeup, Pressed the wand to face and began slowly sweeping it across cheeks, nose, chin, and forehead. It felt rough, a bit like highly dulled sandpaper, but it wasn't at all painful. While it abraded your skin, the vacuum attached to the wand simultaneously sucked up dead skin cells. Also applied the wand to your neck and decolletage.

Please be patience,It is normal to have slight red scratches after use, and your skin will return to normal later. Don't be discouraged by temporary scratches.

Attention, need to read carefully

When you use the diamond head every time, do not repeatedly scratch the same piece of skin.

This is kinda embarrassing to say, but... I bought this coz I just hit 40, my youth has left me before I could realise, and this is an attempt to stave off becoming a haggard old man. I've used this a couple times now, I'm not exactly sure its doing anything. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't, I'm not the best person to say. I don't know why I originally expected this diamond tip could sandpaper the lumps and bumps away in one sweep like my homemade credenza, but it is very gentle and kinda nice to use. I honestly have no gauge if I'm using it right, I haven't brought myself to watch any tutorials yet

The suction is strong. Like, on the 3rd level, my cheek got so far in there one time, I gave myself a hickie (and yes, I do remember what that used to feel like). That's obviously the wrong way to do it, but fortunately, I get to work from home so it was only my dog who gave me weird looks.

I probably should try a professional treatment before I make one of these reviews, so I have something to compare it to. But I'm not quite the target market anyway, so my review is meaningless

From an engineering standpoint, seems like a well made simple device. Doesn't feel too cheaply made, even though its obviously made in China, I do have some confidence this will work for someone out there. I'll shut up now.

You can definitely feel the suction power, however I'm not sure how "clean" my face is after as there is not much residual that clings to the tip. I do enjoy the diamond though. I did a lot of research before purchase because there are a lot of models out there with varying cost, and I didn't want to buy a lemon or spend a fortune. I tested the device on my hand day 1, and have since used it twice on my face and neck, back of my hands and my upper arms today to see if it will improve my KP. If anything the suction is slightly too powerful on low so be careful to keep it on low intensity until you're confident using it, you need to practise to get familiar with the device. If it's not positioned correctly you won't get suction, like unfortunately on the bridge of your nose the regular diamond tip is too big to seal, I'll try the smaller one. I definitely see skin debris inside the tip (a lot after I did my upper arms and had to change the filter), and my skin 100% feels very smooth afterwards! It's exciting. I do go red and warm afterwards so will only be doing this at night or when I'm not going out, it mostly fades within half an hour though, it gets better over time. I'm so excited to save my money from the beauty salon now. I also looked up scientific journals about MDA and it really does benefit the skin at histopathology level. I'm 36 and I want to slow down ageing as much as possible and improve collagen, pigmentation from pregnancy and fine lines. I have no hesitation recommending this device.

I didn't expect it to be professional level but honestly it's closer to a kids toy then it is to a dermobrasion tool.

While the sucking feature is strong on all three settings the rest of the tool lacks; the diamond tipped head doesn't exfoliate like promise nor does the tool remove black heads. After two uses the diamond tip is almost completely smooth.

The only thing this tool has done for my face is create break outs leaving me looking like a prepubescent girl again which is not quite the youthful part I was going for.

Save your money and go to the beautician when you can
