Frustrating! Pillow is great and shipping fast but to make the actual organiser tray takes a long time & is frustrating. Firstly you need to peel the sticker backings from each surface. Then in order for it to piece together you need to use the metal file to file down the sides and holes so that it all snaps into place. This is really time consuming. The instructions are not in English either but you can mostly work it out from pictures. It’s fine once put together but a pain in the neck.
