Delivery times was good, disappointed with ramp it was badly made in that pivot pin was not installed correctly on top fold causing out of alinement to one corner about 20-25mm out of line, found to be springy as the dog walked up to get in back of car and would suggest some rubber bumpers on the bottom of slope to help prevent ramp moving sideways this could also apply to top edge as its plastic to plastic contact which is very prone to slippage we had to put a towel under each end to make ramp
