These fans are great! They replaced some old fashioned ones we had. We didn't realize how poor the old fans were till we got the Devantis. They really displace a lot of air -even on lower settings - and are so quiet and efficient. We appreciate the bright white and warm yellow light options and the timer settings. A really great product at a reasonable price. Highly recommended.

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
