Fantastic product! Got this for my trip to Bali and was easy to carry around. Connecting through Bluetooth worked fine. No idea why screws won’t really tighten. Still, it was sturdy enough for mounting a phone but would prob not trust for my dslr. I have a proper tripod for that. I can’t believe so called photographers in reviews would trust this thing with thousand-dollar equipment! Please don’t. Invest in a proper tripod. This is for easy, quick snaps and timelapses. Very easy to set up, lightweight, for times when a heavy tripod won’t do. Bought this to use with my phone with possibility of getting an all-in camera in the future, as I've been dabbling with long exposure photography which you find out quick doesn't work well freehand. The stand extends to an impressive height and locks in place really securely, all the points adjust easily and packs away pretty neatly. Only issue I have is the bag comes up a little short of covering the phone mount which doesn't matter too much but would be nice if it did. I would definitely recommend if you're just getting into photography, don't know what to get and just want a reasonably priced stand with above par quality.

Seems light weight ish… but used a few times and nothing has bent so engineering has been worked I guess! The quick release leaves a small section on the camera once activated but that’s fine, it doesn’t seem to affect balance etc. Pretty cool bit of gear, may not like windy conditions but hey, you either get clunky stuff or streamlined such as this for reasons. 😎

This tripod feels a bit flimsy when it is first opened and set up, because the thing seems to be all plastic. The lowest legs are very thin, spindly and bendy compared to my old Aluminium tripod.
However, while this ENDURAX tripod is lightly built, once it is braced it can hold a phone or tablet steadily and is fine for a light weight point and shoot camera.
It might even work ok with my FZ70 Lumix, but I doubt it would work anything with a lens, and stay stable if there was a bit of breeze about.

The thing is incredibly light weight though. You can take it anywhere and barely notice you have it. It's excellent for Landscape Mode phone shots, however, I haven't worked out how to use the Bluetooth shutter control yet, though when I typed
endurax
into google play store, it autofilled the word 'shutter. There was no App called Endurax shutter though, so perhaps it is necessary to try the various other shutter apps and see if one of those works. A printed guide would have been handy - but there's not even a guide for adjusting the tripod.

Overall though, it is a handy cheap tripod for carrying around rather than lugging around. I suspect I would buy something a little more rugged, for two or three times the cost, to use every day, but for a super light weight tripod I can quickly stick my phone or tablet in to take a shot - it will be great once I can work out the remote shutter thing.

This tripod is really good for the money. Super easy to adjust the legs for unstable shooting conditions. I couldn’t get the remote to connect to my phone. Probably because it’s pretty old, but I didn’t even realise that it came with the tripod. But overall really light, sturdy and great value for money.

5.0 out of 5 stars Works great for Ring and D-Link cameras!
Reviewed in the United States on 6 December 2023

I purchased this for my D-Link camera because I had it stacked up on the table, needing it to be high up in the air so I could tilt it down to see animals that are scratching the kickplate around the screen enclosure. It worked even better than I imagined, I am able to adjust the legs so it has exactly the right height and tilt the camera forward so now I can see straight down when needed. As a bonus, I was able to set my ring camera on the cross beams and secure it with the vertical adjustment! And it lined up perfectly between the beam and kickplate on the screen enclosure. Note the ring camera doesn't weigh much and I didn't over-tighten the height adjustment. Plus, I secured the power cord with Velcro to the tripod leg. I did have to put a washer in between the D-Link camera and the quick release plate so it would screw in properly and securely.

I know it seems silly to have both, but I have a ring cloud account plus motion alert recording however, the ring camera can't be moved. After an incident one night when I could hear something trying to get into the porch (I wasn't home) I put the D-Link camera up so I can access it and look around to see if something really is trying to get into the porch or if it's just the wind. I have a lot of wild animals stop by at night and the raccoons especially can be a problem at times.

I don't plan on taking this down and putting it back up so I can't say how durable it is in that respect. It seems pretty solid if you are careful flipping the little plastic levers, but it's definitely not as solid as my old professional aluminum camera tripod. For the price it's fantastic, it also came with a phone holder that says it will hold an iPad and it does indeed hold my iPhone 13 pro max and it is compatible with my selfie stick so that was a nice bonus. It also came with a Bluetooth shutter that also works with my iPhone camera, another bonus. Actually, a lot of bonuses with this tripod! I would recommend it for light use especially for the great price (I paid $27 + tax). It comes with a carrying bag and I really think if you're careful with it, it could travel well as it is light weight. Just be careful flipping the plastic height adjusting clamps and also don't over tighten the tilt, height and rotation knobs, and for sure don't try to move anything without loosening it first. And don't lean on it. It's just plastic so treat it with care. It's lasted on my porch now for a month, hasn't tipped over in the wind or anything and I have two crazy cats who so far, knock on wood, haven't knocked it over.
