The seller seemed to have blocked and not accepting any orders that i place. All i did was asking a simple question relating to the product. i was respectful and understanding the whole time. The item box said it came with a laptop tray however the seller advised that it did not and i complete understand and was to buy the tray separately from the seller's store. I just find that this behaviour is terrible and very poor customer service. Will not buy again.
