There are two different models of this Giantz pole saw, and the advert muddled the two. I ordered the model with auto oiling, as per the description, but received a model without this feature . It took a while to convince the seller of this, but in the end there was agreement and a resolution. The seller was responsive to my comments, and acted professionally. Needless to say, I believe that the non-self-oiling model might have a lower life expectancy for the chain and blade.
