Very quick delivery and friendly staff. The Q930C may not have a very powerful subwoofer or deep base, but adequate enough for a medium sized lounge room. In regards to the different sound options, it's a bit quirky which may have something to do with my tv being over six years old and not fully compatible/streamlined with these devices. Otherwise, a great product that may work better with more current TV's.
