Tim Spector provides easy to understand, science based information. I have been putting some of the suggestions into practice and have already noticed feeling less bloating, more energy and a clearer mind. There is a lot of information in the book, I have taken the key parts out of the book and use them in my daily life. In a time where there is too much information available (good and bad) this book feels right and gives me confidence I am making the right steps to live a better life. I now think more about what I eat and what to exclude.

Nonetheless, I was absorbed.
Very informative.
