Easy to install, works well, looks good. Very pleased. Note, though, that the listing photos show an incorrect installation of the flexible hose. The tapered connector actually attaches to the removable head so it is a snug fit in the holder, and the hex nut connects to the bottom of the inlet. Photos show the other way round.

I've recently had some health issues and need to use the handheld set whereas my husband wants to use the rain shower head. This product is a great compromise in that we each get what we need. The quality and finish of the product is great so we're both really happy with it. Installation was easy and we haven't experienced any issues. A perfect shower
I didn't expect such a good quality shower. The main body is very solid possibly brass coated with a an exceptional chrome finish. The plastic shower heads seem to be made of a robust plastic. The fittings are first rate. Installation is easy and straight forward. The rain head is a joy to shower under. The hand held shower is first rate. Highly recommended

Pros - Great pressure - we thought we had a water pressure issue but this shower head solved the problem. I bought a second one as was so happy with it Cons - The hand shower attachment is not the easiest to put in place as it is fixed (does not adjust on the angle) however to get around that I have just angled the shower head holder
