COPPER BOTANICALS GIN

At Tempus Two we do things differently. We don't follow tradition. We go beyond it. Unshackled from winemaking traditions, our Copper series makes any occasion a celebration, so we decided to make a range of gins made from wine.

AROMA
A gin-lovers gin, punchy aromas of juniper, desert limes, orange peel salt bush and wattle seed tease the senses.

TASTING NOTES
Packed full of juniper, the inclusion of the Australian botanicals and the underlying character from the Shiraz wine spirit produce an intense Gin with citrus, earthiness, shiraz sweetness, and a hint of saltiness to produce an intense but well-rounded Gin.

G&T: Tonic & orange wedge Cocktail: Negroni with vermouth, campari, soda and orange wedge
