Poor quality,uncomfortable height and handles. In fact, once you assemble it and find the item not meet the minimum of your expectations you can not do anything! This because it can not be disassembled without damaging ( per supplier advice).
Returned in person without using but faced almost deductions of half refund! ( I have seen many other returned items on their warehouse).Frustrating and costly experience. Never recommended!!

Thank you for your response, SIHOO was a branded product and M76 was basic model of the range. As advised, you can select other range which provide you more support and comfort. All dimension was provided. We had request the product return in dissemble and restock able condition. However the chair was assembled and return was outside eBay monitor. We only deduct relevant cost to recover our lost including free shipping cost provide.
