Took a while for my cat to get used to them and venture up them, but with some encouragement she used them last night for the first time. She is 15 now with early arthritis and sometimes it's difficult for her to jump onto the bed. They are rather bulky and take up a fair bit of room, also it's hard to get the strut/prop to stay in place, it keeps falling down. Otherwise we shall persevere because she will need them more and more as time goes on. Thank you for this good product.
