PROFILE
Ruth and George Mihaly have always been passionate about food and wine and their obsessive pursuit of quality and commitment to ecologically responsible practices led them to establish an ideal and environmentally sustainable vineyard/home site on the Mornington Peninsula. The overriding focus is on achieving balanced healthy vines producing carefully selected, exceptional & low yielding fruit. They have therefore only estate grown wines - showing elegance and intensity ¿ but always a purity of varietal expression for each wine - Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Noir & Shiraz.

TASTING NOTES
The L¿ami sage reflects more perfume and elegance, yet, paradoxically exhibiting both subtlety and power. The fine tannin structure builds on the palate, there is a generosity together with a long complex and balanced fresh finish.
