We purchased this based on the photos shown on the ebay store. Unfortunately the cover didn't have the straps attached. Upon messaging the seller we were sent a replacement without having to return the cover. Again, the covers were missing the straps. We messaged the seller again and within hours they were looking into the manufacturer. We have since received a refund. Whilst the product wasnt what we wanted, the seller was quick to deliver and sort out the issue!!! Thats a positive for me!!

compact, lightweight with great features
It is small, but for me it is perfect. I am 161cm tall and 70kg. I would not recommend this product for any one taller as (even for me) I need to be conscious of the length of my step. It programs are excellent. It is very compact and does not require the wheels to move it. The product, when folded can be carried using the handle frame as a handle and carry it sideways. While it is small, I would not recommend for a child under 10 years, as close supervision would need to be monitored.It is small, but for me it is perfect. I am 161cm tall and 70kg. Do not waste your money on this
Worst piece of exercise equipment. The exercise machine in my opinion is not safe and I wonder if it even meets safety standards. I have used many treadmills in the past and I wasn't even able to use this one for 5 minutes. Belt jolts here and there which can't be good for your body. The belt is not long enough either. It feels unsafe while using the exercise machine because of the positioning of the body. I weigh 82kg and was not able to use this piece of equipment. I also think it would cause damage to your back because of how the body stands and needs to hold on to this piece of equipment. Overall I would give it a 0 out of 10. The fast shipment of this item was great. The item looks good too , it's just the item design that did not work with my body at all which disappoints me because ... Worst piece of exercise equipment. A walk in the park
Great compact treadmill. We both suffer with bad backs, so Setting speeds to suit at any particular time is very convenient. Especially the fact it is not straight up 1,2,3etc levels, but 10 stages per speed level as well, making fine tuning to the exact comfortable pace attainable. The magnetic security cord that switches the machine off in case of mishap is a good idea. All I all a good piece of equipment at a good price.Great compact treadmill. way too small!!
Its perfectly in proportion, and would work really well if I was 1metre tall. Unfortunately Im 1.74 m tall, so can barely take a step small enough to stay on the treadmill. Lesson learned-if it looks too good to be true, it probably is. Double check measurements so you dont get caught out like I did.
