Product description

The problem Plastic watch crystals scratch very easily with the result that they soon look unattractive. Re-placement of the crystal is not normally possible, especially where watches have plastic cases. The solution Watch owners the world over suffer from this sort of problem, but now polyWatch, a new type of special-purpose polishing paste, offers them an extraordinarily simple solution. For the first time, consumers can remove scratches rapidly and cheaply from their plastic watch crystal by carrying out an easy-to-follow "do-it-yourself" procedure. How to use it Apply polyWatch to the watch crystal. Polish the scratched areas for 2-3 minutes with great pressure at a right angle to the scratches, using a piece of cotton wool. Deep scratches need to be treated more than once. Finally, remove any remaining polyWatch with a cloth. The tube contents of 5 ml is sufficient for approximately 10-12 applications. How it works The plastic crystal is very slightly dissolved and ground down by tiny abrasive particles. The edges of the scratch marks are then smoothed off and the cracks filled in with some of the original plastic from the watch crystal.

Had a damaged META Quest 2 lens with a 5mm or so scuff/scratch right in the centre which made it just about unusable, so got this as a last-chance sort of thing.
Took about 30 seconds of polishing and a quick buff with a soft cloth and the damage is completely repaired, amazing!
Highly recommend.

I’d recommend this product, although I purchased it to remove scratches from my spectacles, and unfortunately it removed the coating on my spectacle lens, so it wasn’t the right option for the job, but in defence of the product it did take the scratches out of a lens on my omega watch And reduced the dullness of this lens so I would recommend this product for watch lenses, but not for spectacles

I think the before and after pictures I've attached speak for themselves.... great product!!! I don't usually write reviews but I'm so happy how the product turned out I've decided to do one this time...
All you have to do is to follow the instructions on the tube, apply and polish for 2-3 minutes and the end results is spectacular 👌. I mean it restored my hazy scratched crystal into something that looks brand new! Super clear and reflective now, totally changed the look of the whole watch.
You gotta keep at it and keep on polishing till you get that shine tho, don't give up halfway.... however, if I got once complaint is that this is damn price.. $13 for a small tube is a little much, would definitely like to see cheaper prices 😀

i had a nearly unnoticeable scratch on an acrylic watch crystal and poly-watch removed it completely. Not sure how it would work with a deeper scratch. Poly-watch make a different product for mineral glass crystal scratches which is a two step process - might be worth chasing that up if you have a glass or sapphire watch crystal. i have a couple of Casio watches with acrylic crystals and they scratch up if you look at them so i am sure i will get use out of the product.

5.0 out of 5 stars Worked like magic on a car windshield!

Incredibly satisfied.
During one the surprise heavy snowfalls, I was shoveling snow, and as I was walking in front of my wife's recently purchased car. I slipped, and the shovel flew and went down the front of the windshield leaving several deep scratches almost top-to-bottom on the glass. Several windshield repair companies said the same thing: They didn't want to try to buff/grind it, since it could leave a flat spot on the glass and distort the view. Replacing the windshield would be several hundred dollars.
Before I spent that money, I googled to see how others dealt with scratched windshields or glass. That search also showed me some results of what's used on crystal and jewelry as well. Consistent positive results came up for a few products, and I ended up buying toothpaste (What the heck, it was cheap!), Polywatch, and Novus 7100 (the #2 solution was recommended).
The toothpaste did not work at all. I'm not sure it made any difference in the scratches. I used a generous amount of 2 "recommended" brands and put some muscle behind it on a clean cotton cloth. Looking at the tiny tube of Polywatch, I figured I'd try that next, since I'd probably run out, then I could compare it to the Novus 7100. I sparingly ran a thin bead of Polywatch along a less deep scratch, then used the microfiber cloth. In about 15 seconds, the scratch was not visible! Shocked, I applied some to a section of a deep scratch. It took about a minute, but again, the scratch went away. Then I went for the deepest scratch. After roughly 90 seconds, the section of the scratch I worked on was _barely_ visible.
I ended up working on other scratches, then came back to the deep one. There was more than enough product in the tiny tube to cover all the scratches, since I had to use so little to work on an area. In about 15-20 minutes, I couldn't see any of the original scratches, but it was starting to get dark outside. I windexed the windshield, and I'll take a look tomorrow. I imagine that I'll see something in bright sunlight, but I'll just use what's left in the tube and try again. Even if there's a scratch, it will be dramatically reduced, and not visible without close inspection. I doubt that any driver would notice it if they didn't know it was there originally.
This stuff was so easy to use and effective, I never even tried the Novus 7100.

Compared to the price and inconvenience of getting a new windshield, this stuff is gold!

I used it as per suggestion and scrubbed hard multiple times. No change on my watch or phone. Not worth it.
