Arrived early yesterday which was great. Daughter setup the new ipad, transferred old to new. Had an expensive screen protector put on and bought a slim portfolio case too. Gave it to the wife this evening, really happy with how fast things are. Will take time to get used to it, as butto she is used to has gone. Other changes too. Smurfs starts up really fast now which will certainly keep her happy hopefully. This is the second one I have purchased in the past month. Other was for my daughter who is very happy. Size is good, weight is certainly different from the iPad Air my wife has been using for the past several years. Now to get her a 3 Meyer long charging cable to go with it.

The package arrived in good condition, unfortunately, the iPad (brand new) had an issue, the power button was stuck and could not be pressed properly. I've already started the return process. I'll update my review as soon as I have the replacement tested.

UPDATE #1:
It's been one week since Amazon received the faulty iPad back, but the refund has not been processed, even after contact costumer support twice (order status has not changed). Not a very efficient process in my opinion, cause you may end up in a situation where you don't have neither a replacement item nor the money back for weeks...

UPDATE #2:
Once confirmed the return of the item, I got the refund to my credit card (whole process took almost 3-weeks). Apart from the timing, no complains with the return process. However, I bought the iPad directly from the Apple store AU instead.
