I think this iPad is great for general use. The battery life lasts all day, I’d say it can last more than 2 days without charging, but I keep mine charged all day anyways and I love how I can rely on my iPad because I know it’s always at a high batter level 😎
Even though it was released in 2021 it’s still really good as of 2023, the price is also what got me interested, wayyy cheaper than the newer iPads that have been released recently and it’s got everything you really need on an ipad, I use it mostly for Roblox and making edits so I got 256gb of storage so i can have heappssss of space and I don’t gotta worry about running out of space but yeah, I think you SHOULD get this iPad because it STILL SO WORTH IT!! 😃

Despite its older design and recent price hike in Australia, the 9th generation iPad is easily the best value out of the entire range for personal use, especially if you can pick it up on sale. It is a great device for casual browsing, watching videos and photos, gaming, email, life admin, etc. and complements an iPhone nicely for when you just want a larger screen. Also an excellent travelling companion when a MacBook is not required for any serious work. While a 128GB version would’ve been ideal, the 64GB base model with wifi only should suffice for most people.

Paired with the original Apple Pencil, it’s also perfectly adequate for drawing, though professional artists would probably want to opt for one of the higher end Air or Pro models with a laminated display. For general use though, it’s hard to justify paying the significant premium for them when this one is capable of doing most of what they can do, and the 9th generation iPad is also clearly better value over the latest but 50% more expensive 10th generation model.
