    Better than stretching.

    Great machine at a good price. This is my second one and the prices have dropped from 20 years ago. Only thing I don’t like and so I took it off are the shoulder bars as I must just be the wrong height and my shoulders take the weight instead of my feet. But since removed it is awesome.

    Good value for money, but no more.

    It does what it's supposed to do and does it well, it's good value for money, but it's a typical Chinese product - rather roughly made, and the frame is soft, low-grade steel that distorts when one tightens bolts. Instructions include some rather strange terminology (e.g. washers are called 'flat gaskets'!) and details of bolts included were incorrect.

    great machine. using twice per day.

    works as it should.....due to good design.....balance works well to return to upright.....really feel the difference in my back.....can feel my spine lengthen while inverted.....after use of only a few minutes, my posture is improved, i'm taller and the pain is relieved.

    Really saved my back!

    I have spondi and a bulging disc the pain down my legs was really bad, this machine has really been a game changer for me, gives me some disc separation so I can walk around so much better now! Well made and strong!
