I purchased at $109 and at that price it was a steal, it's very responsive and really ads to the immersion factor, especially when playing VR capable games like Star Wars Squadrons and Elite Dangerous. For those games (on PC) it works out the box no fiddling needed. For some others like Wingman and Mech Warrior 5, you'd need to jump through some hoops and either manually assign each button & axis and/or upload a configuration file to map the buttons.
I also like that the cable has a break away lead so if you trip over it (which I have) it disconnects and saves you from yanking it off your table. It would be nice if the cable was a bit longer, as is I need to use a USB extension to reach my couch from the PC/TV setup, but it works just fine with it so I'm not complaining too much and it would be fine for most PC setups.
Can't speak to the longevity of it as I've only had it about a month, but it feels solidly built.
