Dear customer, we fully understand you cant feel the product online, thus we offer free return and refund if you decided to change your mind after purchase. In the description we had mentioned in bold that the pillow is meant to be soft as the fill is hallow fibre. We also offered another option which is a firm pillow and the fill is latex and provide the link for it.
