Item arrived on time and working as advertised. Initially, the power led was blinking orange and white, so checked connections to the hard drive and RAM, turned out to be RAM that wasn t connected properly or was jolted out of place in transit. Worked flawlessly after reinserting RAM.

The item took a little while longer to get here than I expected. I was a little concerned as it was coming interstate by regular post and initially I wanted to change this, but communication did not allow changes. When the item arrived, it was perfectly packed, the thunderbolt screen was exactly as advertised. My IT man has installed the screen, it is nothing short of amazing, and looks brand new. I would not hesitate to buy other goods from this seller.
