Not bad quality - easily obtainable.
Happy to be able to obtain the caps so quickly and easily and that they were exactly right. A tad expensive but they were necessary. One or two were a bit deformed but will work as spares. Overall I'm really happy with them.

Lack of precision in manufacture
I was really disappointed when I tried to replace the first one of these as the cap did not quite fit onto the clothesline frame as a part of the plastic was too thick and prevented the cap from being twisted/locked into place. Luckily, I tried other caps in the packet and found one that would fit. It appears to be a manufacturing flaw in that a vital piece of plastic has been made thicker than will fit. More than half of the caps in the 2 packets of 6 do not fit properly. In the photos, the new cap is on the LHS and the original cap is on the RHS. Tie off caps very easy to Change over
Buying these replacement parts was a lot cheaper and easier than replacing the whole line line. Also it was very easy to change over to the new line tie off caps.

Hills line tensioners
Four hills line tensioners were supplied promptly by Simply Clotheslines. Unfortunately Hills had supplied them with faulty tensioners. When I rang Simply Clotheslines they were already aware of the problem. and sent replacements asap.
