You do need a bit of extra spare bench space to fit this small but useful item that I am still clearing space for. The bottom area is hard to fit what looks like bowls into, so I use it for cups / mugs (holds 6 mugs OK). Along the top I use it to hold 4 bowls, 4 bread/butter plates, and 4 dinner plates, with a few utensils hanging on, and fitted into the end. It was quite easy to assemble as it comes in bits. Under trays could have notches to hold then in place better.

Very fast dispatch and good customer service email updates; but item description had some inaccuracies and packaging was pretty lousy - just a shipping label stuck directly to the product's box, no external postal packaging at all. Still happy with the customer service nonetheless, but please endeavour to improve postal packaging.
