The machine arrived in very quick time. Was not expecting this especially around Christmas time. 5 stars there. I like the look of the machine, the short hose is safe and away from any hot parts of the machine. Comes with a wind up hose reel, I like this. Used the machine and yes it does a great job, powerful and efficient. Only suggestion is that the push bars or handle bars could be longer to accomodate the mast head (plastic part with attached spraying nozzles) and the wind up hose reel.

Very fast dispatch and good customer service email updates; but item description had some inaccuracies and packaging was pretty lousy - just a shipping label stuck directly to the product's box, no external postal packaging at all.
