Product was also damaged and box and contents arrived very dusty/dirty. Have purchased 3 Levede products in the last 6 months from different sellers and all have had similar issues. The only negative was the company that delivered the mat, I live in a fenced village & the letterboxes are right near the entrance, my parcel & several others were left at the letterboxes without anyone knowing. It was a resident who saw the parcels when collecting his mail & alerted the office who, in turn, contacted the effected residents. Not good.
