Sharp and lightweight with a great focal length
With my D750, I've been using my Nikkor 24-70mm as a "walkaround" lens. Arguably one of Nikon's best ever lenses but a little heavy after a long trek. My new 24-120mm gives me great sharp shots and because of its lighter weight, it has never been an issue to carry around all day. A monopod and the 24-120mm has been a constant companion for my impromptu walkaround shoots. Highly recommended.

Quite good useful lens for medium telephoto shots
Useful addition to camera case. Because it has ranges from 55- 300mm it can be left on camera even for relatively close shots as well. A cheaper substitute for the other wider range from 18mm up to 300mm for over $1000
