Wodnerful little calendar that we’ll be able to reuse each year. I was pleasantly surprised when reading some of the books that some problematic endings/sections were changed to suit their young audience, which I found I really appreciated. There were a few instances but one that readily comes to mind is the Gingerbread Man story, wherein the fox simply helps the runaway cookie cross the river and go on his merry way. Simply adjustment to make a story a bit less shocking and more appealing to a younger reader (for context, my son is 3).
