The deliver was on time but am dissapoined with the shade. It is very thin and had to double over 3 times to get the required shade. I would have appreciated some info on the product and that it was very thin. I would have done more research and found a thicker shade. I am new to buying sun shades. The price was good though.

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
