Ladder is easy to open & close, just be careful as the sections slide shut, it can pinch your fingers if you’re not paying attention.
Ladder flexes slightly as you climb up it (I’m 75kg), which is to be expected given the design. No dramas tho, perfect for getting access to the roof of the camper van.

The only negative was the company that delivered the mat, I live in a fenced village & the letterboxes are right near the entrance, my parcel & several others were left at the letterboxes without anyone knowing. It was a resident who saw the parcels when collecting his mail & alerted the office who, in turn, contacted the effected residents. Not good.
