As I’ve read prior, it came with no instructions. But coz mekanik I had it all assembled in about 20min winging it. Overall. Not a bad bit of gear. Go to a retail store and you’ll pay double the amount for a similar quality. Highest setting is JUST okay for me and Im about 5.11 however my legs are a little shorter and that’s probably why I get away with it. Pulse monitor was pretty consistent compared to my Apple Watch. Seats a little uncomfortable and the only other complaints would be the the adjustment for resistance makes it a little noisey and at the highest seat setting it’s not 100% stable as it flexes on the seat tube etc. all in all it does the job but beware if you’re tall with long legs coz you’re gonna have a bad time.

Purchased just because it’s small, foldable and has good reviews. Not quite satisfied. Handle bar is not adjustable. Can’t do stand up bike riding exercise due to the height of the handle bar, knees touching the bar. Not recommend for tall people. The highest work out level is still too easy.

It is fantastic. Arrived well packaged. Easy to assemble. Sturdy. As good as any gym bike. Great resistance levels. The fact it’s foldable is fantastic. Only problem is the knees can hit the handle bar and the handle bar is not adjustable. Otherwise I love it.
