The raised garden bed is I believe, very good value for money. All the parts were in the box along with clear pictorial instructions, and although I would have liked a second pair of hands to help once or twice, it was simple to assemble. And the fact that there were a couple of extra screws included was a thoughtful bonus. I will be buying more.

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
