The Surface Pro is working. Keyboard had not been cleaned in any way. I reported our battery life to seller, they responded with a link to turn down all features (decrease screen brightness, switch to a low performance mode, turn off WI-FI (LOL) etc.) to extend battery life, but still pretty poor. Less than 2 hours. Description says that a refurbished item in "very good" condition should still have 80% of original battery life, but I'm not even getting half of that. That is disappointing.
