Pretty decent toolbox, the drawers are quite sticky/flimsy so i wouldn't use it for anything heavy duty. Comes all put together besides the wheels which is nice, very affordable seeing as the postage is included.. Im using these indoors for craft supplies, i would avoid using in a shed/workplace setting.

The toolbox is nice and sturdy but the tool chest seems flimsy, it arrived with a big dent in it near the lock which doesnt affect the mechanism but it looks kinda ugly, their was no visible damage to the packaging so I can only assume the damage was done in packing. the draws in the tool chest seem weak and wouldnt be able to support a large amount of tools.

The tree arrived promptly, and looked exactly the same as in the picture. There was some damage to the box, and some minor damage to the tree as a result, but the customer service people at ozplaza living could not have been more helpful when I told them about this. They responded promptly and were happy to receive photos so they could see what had happened. The service was very warm and friendly, and we were especially grateful that they offered a partial refund due to the damage. Outstanding!
