Smooth transaction, item as described, shipped in retail packaging (no plain outer box) which is fine as I collected from the post office anyway. The item itself works really well, allowing me to scan large quantities of photos in a short period of time, scan quality is good but image quality does degrade in darker areas with some faint lines introduced. Personally I can accept the trade off in image quality due to the time saved, this device allows to me to complete a task much more quickly.
