Both my wife and I purchased the Mars 3, with each of us having very different requirements for the type of items we're printing. I've completed many prints with the Mars 3 and am amazed at both the print quality and ease of use. Resin printing can be tricky to master, but even with experience setting up new printers can be a chore. This printer was incredibly simple to level, but has also been surprisingly tolerant of print settings. I've tried a wide variation of print times and apart from one crazy attempt at speed, haven't had a single failure. It's far more user friendly than my other two brands of printers, which need to be dialled in precisely, or failure awaits on even simple prints.
I do a LOT of heavy prints and often print right to the edge of the build volume. I've expected a number of failures, but the successful prints keep coming. Quite simply, it is freaking awesome!
My wife had a small issue with her printer, but support was incredibly fast at resolving the issue and parts are on their way. Having waited far too long for support on another major brand, only to have them send it via the slowest shipping method available, it is refreshing to have support respond and ship spares within 24 hours of contact.
To summarise, the print quality is great, the build quality cannot be beaten at the price and I can personally attest to the quality of after-sales support.

You can return most new, unopened items fulfilled by Amazon AU within 30 days of receipt of delivery for a replacement or full refund of the price you paid for the item if you change your mind - see About Replacements and About Refunds.
