How to use

GLOW® Inner Beauty Essential: Mix 1 tsp (5g) in 200mL of water, a smoothie, yoghurt or your favourite drink and consume immediately. Best taken with food. For optimal results, GLOW^TM should be consumed with food, daily in chilled or room temperature beverages, and can be taken with any other Beauty Chef product. 

Storage: Refrigerate after opening and use within 90 days. Always use a dry spoon. 

Formulated Supplementary Sports Food. This product must not be used as a sole source of nutrition and should be consumed in conjunction with a nutritious diet and an appropriate physical training or exercise program. Not suitable for children under 15 years or pregnant women without medical or dietetic supervision. 

COLLAGEN Inner Beauty Boost: Mix 1 tbsp (15mL) in 200mL of water, a smoothie or your favourite drink and consume immediately. Best taken with food. 1-2 serves per day. For optimal results, COLLAGEN should be consumed daily in chilled or room temperature beverages and can be taken with any other Beauty Chef product. 

Storage: Shake bottle well before each use, refrigerate after opening and use within 45 days.
