WE ordered a white chair with RGB lights, We received a pink chair with no lights, instead of offering to exchange it they offered $15, that didn't even cover the difference between lights and no lights. the item was never taken out of it s packaging, photographed in original package, taped up and returned still inside the sellers packaging, yet they complained about the return packaging??
