ADIDAS CYBER WEEKEND 2020

1. Early Access offer valid to adidas Creators Club members from 25th November (12:00 am ADST) – 26th November (11:59 pm ADST) inclusive on adidas App, adidas.com.au and adidas.co.nz only. General Access offer is valid from 27th November (12:00 am ADST) – 30th November (11:59pm ADST) inclusive on adidas App, adidas.com.au and adidas.co.nz only.

2. Offer is valid across selected full price and outlet products only, with eligible items displayed on adidas.com.au/black_friday and adidas.co.nz/black_friday.

3. Full price items will receive 30% off the RRP, while sale items will receive an extra 30% off the current markdown price. While stocks last.

4. During the Early Access phase - 25th November (12.00 am ADST) – 26th November (11.59 pm ADST) - discount will be applied automatically at cart for adidas Creators Club members on the valid items in your order.

5. During the General Access Phase - 27th November (12:00 am ADST) – 30th November (11:59pm ADST) - you must enter the coupon code “CYBER” in the “Promo Code” field on the checkout page to receive the discount on the valid items in your order.

6. Orders will be confirmed upon completion of payment.

7. Exclusions: offer is not available for Yeezy, Pharrell, 4D and other collaboration products.

8. Offer not redeemable for cash and not valid in conjunction with any other offer. No discounts or vouchers may be used.

9. Not valid for third party online retailers of adidas products. This offer cannot be redeemed against prior purchases. Offer can be redeemed multiple times throughout the promotional period.

10. All items returned in line with the returns policy will be refunded at the transaction cost. Discounts will not be applied to repurchases post returning after the conclusion of the sale and will be at the prevailing advertised price at the time of repurchase.

11. The usual delivery timeframes may be affected due to major events and activities, government restrictions and/or the increase in amount of orders for shipment. We appreciate your understanding.

12.   Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, adidas (including its officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any death, personal injury, loss or damage (including loss of opportunity and whether direct, indirect, special or consequential) suffered or incurred by any person (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) arising in any way out of or in connection with:
a.   this promotion;
b.   any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;
c.   any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under adidas’ control);
d.   the cancellation or rescheduling of this promotion.

13. In the event of conflicting purchases leading to stock insufficiency, adidas has the right to cancel any purchase. adidas will, of course, inform you immediately and reimburse any payments made.

14. adidas is not responsible for any failure to complete your transaction, or any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone or network or lines, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, technical problems or traffic congestion on a mobile network, or any combination of these, or any other technical failures including any damage to any person's mobile handset or computer related to, or resulting from, this promotion.

15. adidas does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, incomplete, delayed, corrupted or misdirected transactions, whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.

16. Any fraudulent behaviour may result in cancellation of any order and/or inability to access the adidas App, adidas.com.au, adidas.co.nz, or any other adidas website.

17. Each Customer must comply with these Terms and Conditions. Each Customer indemnifies and will keep indemnified adidas (including its officers, employees and agents) in relation to all loss and damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss) by adidas as a direct or indirect result of the Customer acting inconsistently with or breaching any part of these Terms and Conditions.

18. adidas reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time and without notice.

19. adidas reserves the right to change, limit or cancel this promotion at any time.
