The Original Pancake Kitchen in Modbury is renowned for its sweet and savoury pancake creations, but did you know it also houses PK's Smokehouse? This special section came about after their resident Pit Master sought advice from acclaimed US Pit Master Myron Mixon in Georgia. These tips and tricks from the Deep South were combined with Australian meats and wood as well as the largest smoker in Australia to create the delights you're about to enjoy! Each platter includes melt-in-your-mouth smoked meats paired with Southern-inspired sides like slaw, mac & cheese and sour cream dip. Dig in, y'all!
