Offer Period 

The Offer Period starts at 6.00 am on 15 March 2021 and closes at 11:59pm on 15 June 2021 or while stocks last, whichever occurs first.  Thereafter, no other alternative will be available in lieu of the original offer.   

Claim Restrictions 

Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 and over (Eligible Claimants).  

Claim Method 

To redeem the offer, Eligible Claimants must during the Offer Period:   

Option One: 

(i) Click 'Get Offer' on the L’OR Facebook or Instagram post and register their details on the Website (including, but not limited to their name, email address, mobile phone number and postal address); and 

(ii) Opt-in to receive marketing communications about L’OR as well as other trusted JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS brands via the registration process. 

OR 

Option 2: 

(i) Go to the Website and register their details (including, but not limited to their name, email address, mobile number and postal address); and 

(ii) Opt-in to receive marketing communications about L’OR as well as other trusted JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS brands via the registration process. 

Option 3: 

(i)Scan the QR Code on the in-store L’OR shelving unit at selected Woolworths stores and register your details on the Website; and 

(ii) Opt-in to receive marketing communications about L’OR as well as other trusted JACOBS DOUWE EGBERTS brands via the registration process. 

Note Option 3 is only available for a limited time and in selected Woolworths stores.  If this is unavailable, claimants can still redeem the Offer via Option 1 or 2 during the Offer Period.  

The Promoter will then provide the nominated sample/s to an Eligible Claimant by post to the residential address provided. 

Maximum Claims Permitted 

Maximum of one (1) Sample Pack claim per household which is based on the residential address provided. Multiple claims are not permitted. 

Sample Pack 

The Sample Pack includes either: 

• Sample Pack One:  1 x L’OR Espresso Ristretto capsule, 1 x L’OR Lungo Profondo capsule, 1 x L’OR Single Origin Papua New Guinea capsule (total of 3 capsules).   

OR 

• Sample Pack Two:  1 x L’OR Espresso Onyx capsule, 1 x L’OR Lungo Estremo capsule, 1 x L’OR Single Origin Colombia capsule (total of 3 capsules).   

Which choice of Sample Pack that is claimed is at the sole discretion of the Promoter and the claimant is not able to choose its preferred choice. The Sample Pack cannot be exchanged for a monetary amount and is not eligible for resale.  The Offer is subject to availability.  

Notification of Successful Claim 

The Promoter reserves the right to deem any claim submitted invalid if a claimant fails to provide the required information within the time specified. 

Delivery of Sample Pack 

The Sample Pack will be sent to the Eligible Claimant at the residential address set out in the claim form. Please allow up to 3 weeks for the receipt of the claimant’s sample.  Delivery is to Australian addresses only.
