The Gold medal-winning Trimboli Family Wines Saverio Family Selection Saperavi 2021 is dangerously moreish. The palate is rich and concentrated, with layers of black and purple fruit, with hints of anise and fresh herbs, deep and velvety tannins, and a powerful, fruit-sweet finish.

Hollick’s 2021 The Renegade Sangiovese was crafted with fruit sourced from their vineyard in Wrattonbully, where the stony limestone soil is very similar to the soil in which Sangiovese thrives in Tuscany. The palate is clean and bright with spiced herbs and raspberries, complex underlying minerality, a hint of dusty oak, crunchy acidity, and a juicy finish.

Your BONUS bottle, the Liv Zak Malbec 2021, is the inaugural release of this wine, and was awarded a Trophy at the 2022 Yarra Valley Wine Show.
