Usage 1:
1.Adjust the straps belt of the metal buckle.
2.Put the straps belt under the furniture or other items.
3.Adjust the belt to accommodate the moving furniture (keep at least 8" in length).
4.Then straighten your arms and stand up, now you can move the items to where you want.

Usage 2:
1.Put the straps as an 'X'.
2.Put the large furniture on the cross center.
3.Put the auxiliary shoulder strap on your shoulders. 
4.Hang the hook that on the auxiliary shoulder strap on lifting straps.
5.Connect the lifting straps and auxiliary shoulder straps to start moving.
